Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We will accept a product return within 30 days from the date of purchase with a 25% restocking fee. If the return is due to a defective product or damage incurred during shipping, the 25% restocking fee will be waived. Any product returned to Patriot Made Designs requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and must be packed in the original package, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manual, documentation, and registration material that were shipping with the product. The product must be returned to Patriot Made Designs within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA, at customer shipping expense. 

Please note that Patriot Made Designs does not permit the return of the following products:

  1. Product that is custom-configured to your specifications
  2. Special Order
  3. Electronic Software Downloads

NOTE: Patriot Made Designs recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Patriot Made Designs or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. SHIPPING OR FREIGHT CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

CANCELLATION

Order for stock items can be cancelled up to 48 hours after your order has been placed as long as the item has not be packaged, crated and/or shipped from the factory. Customized orders CANNOT be cancelled once placed, there is no exception.

CUSTOM CONFIGURED PRODUCT

We are proud to offer you products that are custom configured to your specifications, and encourage you to review your order carefully before submission to us. If you need to make a revision to your custom configured product, please contact us immediately to let us know. If the custom configured product has not been finalized yet (pre-production), it may be revised at the discretion of Patriot Made Designs. Any Patriot Made Designs authorized revisions to a custom configured product may be subject to additional design, restocking, and/or tooling fees, at the discretion of Patriot Made Designs. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order can not be changed, modified or canceled once your order is in production.
